Il y a trois ans et demi nous avions décidé de mettre en vente notre appartement. Joli 3/4p au cœur de la Robertsau refait à neuf, nous pensions qu’il se vendrait rapidement. Malheureusement la crise était au rdv. Mais heureusement, une professionnelle acharnée et convaincue du juste prix de notre bien était elle aussi au rdv: Mme Christelle Schenck!

Elle s’est investie dans cette vente comme aucun autre agent immobilier, faisant passer le côté relationnel souvent avant le côté commercial, chose souvent appréciée des futurs acquéreurs et de nous même bien sur! L’ agence l’Emplacement, à vendu notre appartement à la Robertsau à un prix répondant à notre attente. Si cette vente a pu se faire, c’est en grande partie grâce à Mme Christelle Schenck qui a su très vite mettre en avant les atouts de notre appartement et les présenter en adéquation aux attentes des acheteurs.
